How to Use the Bed Lift Mechanism?

Please read the instructions carefully to ensure safe operation of the lifting mechanism.

This kind of lift mechanical system is fairly easy to install, just two steps you can easily complete the installation of this bed box lifts.

First step: Install the upper bed board and angle iron together.

Second step: Install the lower bed board and flat iron together.

Pay Attention: the flat iron to be at an oblique angle with the lower bed board.

Tips: Close the bed lifters together, angle iron in parallel with the top of the lower bed, so that the flat iron has become a tilt. Put the flat iron close to the bed, draw a flat iron hole with a marker stroke, drilling on it.

The bed box lift is composed of angle iron, connecting iron, gas spring, force plate and square iron pipe. Angle iron is connected to gas spring, force plate and connecting iron. The square iron pipe is connected to angle iron via connecting iron and force plate. Two ends of the gas spring are respectively connected with the angle iron and the force plate.

The bed lifting mechanism system has such advantages as simple construction, high lifting strength. Above all, it is durable, easy to operate and difficult to damage.
