How to install furniture hydraulic rod?

Step 1：the pump station exit interface:

            A: Pump station interface B: Wire pair C: Washer D: Tubing connector port E: Pump station connector

Step 2：Fix the end of the wire at the pump station interface

Step 3：Tubing interface and gasket

Step 4 : Connect the tubing to the wire

Step 5 : Connect the other end of the tubing to the cylinder

For some large pieces of furniture, hydraulic rods are often required.

Take the bed as an example. First, find the support point between the bed and the bed frame. The distance between the end of the weight lifter and the bed is 2 cm. The hole is determined in a good position, and then the metal stand weight lifter is installed between the bed and the bed frame. 

The hydraulic arm is then docked with the metal bracket to achieve bearing capacity.

Tips: If the pressure on the contact point between the bedplate and the hydraulic rod support point is too high, the    bedplate will break easily when the bedplate is lifted. It is recommended to reconfigure the iron frame or choose a thicker one.
